Help me find a cheaper cell phone plan for deaf mom.

Currently my mom is 81 and is deaf. She’s paying over $80 a month in Texas for a cellphone with unlimited text and data( no voice minutes, no incoming voice allowed). Nice thing is that she can use InnoCaption to make calls which puts the number they assigned to me as showing to those I might call, which is how Acentra (her health insurance) was able to leave her a voice mail. She also stated she has received only one or two crank calls on that number in the 4 or so years she’s used it. I’m thinking there HAS to be something cheaper out there!
