Help! Kitten walking North shoulder southbound Sam Houston tollway right now

I just called the county toll road authority but if someone else sees this and can check that would be awesome. 5 minutes ago I was driving in the far left lane southbound Sam Houston tollway right before Brairforest exit. There is almost no shoulder. There is a kitten walking in what little there is of the shoulder northbound there is no way it can cross over the traffic. I hope There is a way to get it out of there. Thank you
