HELP KITTEN THIEF Someone Must recognize this car! Please interact with this! $100 reward!

My friend posted this and this is the owner's car plate I did pay to get the owner history. I'm not saying the person on this list is the person who took the cat but that's just what the internet says. So if you know this person and you can catch a photo of them with the cat or if you can catch a photo of their car or if you know anything at all please let me know. Of course if you get the kitty you get $100 so there's some incentive. Please don't let these dirt bags get away with it. They stole the kitty under their shirt. It's possible the owner is in cypress but I'm posting here because I'm much larger group. Please help us find this person and the kitty.
