Help Identifying

I was just driving down Beechnut right in front of Meyerland at around 8:30am and a long procession of about 20 pickup trucks blocked traffic. Anyone know who they are? Most of the trucks had a black flag with what looked like maybe a white skyline… wasn’t able to get a clear view. Anyone know who or what they are affiliated with??
