Help identify these dots in the flood water

Any local naturalists that can help me identify these white egg/air bubble looking things in my backyard flooded ponds?

Lots of little signs of life in the yard when the heavy rains come. Crawfish, water bugs, occasional frog tadpoles, and this time there were these occasional groups of white things that just look like air bubbles, but do not pop or float off like air bubbles when disturbed.

Any idea what they are?

Anyways, the one million mosquito larvae eventually came, so the water had to be drained out yesterday.
