help getting rt-pcr in houston as a foreigner

Hi everyone,

Was supposed to board a flight to Quito, Ecuador but the test the Canadian government gave me didn't specify the type of test (RT-PCR). Just wondering if anyone knows a place I could get a RT-PCR around, CVS is asking for an american billing address .
