Help finding jewelry/artisan shops

I’m visiting one of my closest friends, and we were thinking of getting new friendship rings. Know any good places (doesn’t have to be strictly a jewelry shop) where we can buy good quality metal/sterling silver rings (<$50)? Would prefer the shop to be in northwestern, western, or southwestern Houston. Thank you. Hopefully that makes sense; I live far away.
