Help finding high quality food/ingredient purveyors

Hey all. New to Houston. I like to go all out once a year at the holidays and cook a special multi course meal. Don’t know where to look for ingredients here. Having a hard time sourcing. Items that I’d appreciate help locating-

sushi grade fish

high quality meats – ibereco pork, jamon, wagyu

micro greens/micro lettuces

lardo

whole black truffle

shellfish – king crab,

best bread bakery – sourdoughs, etc
