Help finding a driver instructor for leg problem.

Hello, I need help finding a driving instructor near the Missouri City/Sugar Land area that can help with my leg problem. Currently, I walk on my toes which makes ankle movement a little difficult. I don’t think I need any special devices that allow accelerator input with hands, but need someone who’s a little experienced in it to help me and support me with hands on driving. Do you guys know anyone that can help or any place to look because I’ve tried looking online but haven’t found much. Thanks!
