Help dealing with bass from loud gym next door :/

Hi, can anyone give advice on what I can do to deal with a loud gym next door? They play loud bass music from 5:30 am – 11 pm, even though their website says they close at 8 pm.

• I’ve tried noise cancelling headphones, but can still feel the vibrations from my bed and at the furthest point of my apartment and it is a bit maddening!!!
• I’ve tried emailing them to ask them to turn down bass levels but they haven’t responded
• I’ve also tried calling the non emergency line a few times to get an officer to measure the noise level but it’s low priority and no one has ever showed up so that’s also not a solution.

Currently 10:30 pm and still going strong. Please help :/
