Help: Can anyone tell where this picture was taken?

I took this photo in the spring of 1984 on a Pentax K1000 film camera. I remember getting off the freeway and walking around underneath to get the shot. But I can't identify the location. There was no GPS available. I believe I got off Pierce Elevated near where it met Southwest Fwy and took a turnaround to get back to the intersection. But it could have been East Fwy and Eastex. I can't tell by the angle of the buildings in view. Most of these would be covered by newer buildings. Does anyone recognize the intersection? submitted by /u/wunuvukynd |
