Help before I accept offer

Before I start let me say, I’ve work with HCA for 2 years now and haven’t had any problems. So I received an offer from HCA cardiac unit (630) at north cypress location in Houston and I was wondering if anyone worked there and have any info about unit culture and staffing. Any information would be great
