[help] Any free, secular inpatient alcoholism treatment?

I'm wondering if the city has any free inpatient medical care where I can get the medication and medical observation I need to quit alcohol. I've been drinking heavily for over a decade and now that I'm in my 30's I finally want to quit for my own sake. I'm NOT looking for Jesus or a 12 step program. I WANT to quit but am having the shakes pretty badly when I tried to quit several times over the past month or so. To clarify further, I need medication and observation during my detox.

Is this available or is it a luxury item here in Houston.
