Help a fellow Houstonian. Where can I find a bag of Cheetos XXtra Flamin Hot?

Am a hot snacks fanatic. I’ve been looking for the black bag Cheetos forever and can’t find them at ANY Houston store (checked H‑E‑B, Walmart, Target, Kroger). I checked online and stores report false inventory. I have turned to Reddit as a last resort.
