HelloFresh package got stolen, I have ring footage. What can I do?

I already know reporting it to HPD will basically lead nowhere, but I want to regardless for my own sanity. Do I have to go in person to report it? The online forms specifically say not to use them if you have evidence of the crime such as video footage. Any advice? I’m just annoyed. She came on a bike with a backpack, and left the empty box like a block down the street (which we collected lol).

HelloFresh already refunded me at least. It was delivered at 2:34pm and stolen at 2:51pm.
