Hello, is it possible to schedule a DPS driver license test right now?

Sorry if this has been asked recently, I've been looking around and haven't found any clear cut answer. I was trying to schedule an appointment on the online appointment website, but for some reason the new applicant driver license test was greyed out. Is this because there are no test right now, or is it because I'm too late and have to wait for later? Or is it because of something else? Thanks a lot in advance.
