Hell is coming… Swamp Fan vs Oscillating Misters for Outdoor Patio

We’re wanting to get more use of our backyard this summer and I think either of these might provide SOME relief. Anyone have any success with with either on your patio? Im debating a couple of mounted oscillating misters vs a swamp fan that I can move around. I’m skeptical that the swamp fan would work in the dead of Houston summer.
