Helen Hall Library History Club in League City to host Juneteenth educational event
The co-chair of The Juneteenth Legacy Project will speak at the library theater about the efforts of Galveston-area activists, historians, policymakers and philanthropists to create a public mural honoring the holiday’s importance.
