Hector Neris always this wild?

Cubs fan here, I come in peace. I was excited that the cubs signed Hector Neris because he posted nasty numbers for you guys last year. Every time I seen him pitch, it's a total rollercoaster. His control is all over the place, it seems like he gives up decent amount of hits and walks, and then hudini himself out of jams.

Is this how he pitched for you guys? We are on the edge of our seats every time he pitches in a high leverage situation and i'm not sure if that is normal with him.
