Heart Healthy Restaurants

I’m looking for heart healthy restaurants in the Houston area that I can order from. I work a lot and don’t always have time to cook and because of my genetics I have some heart problems and need to manage it properly Plus, it’s always good to have a list of places like that for family members and friends in the same situations

Bonus points for an affordable place so I can order on a very regular basis
