Hearing set for lawsuit regarding flooding of upstream properties of Addicks, Barker reservoirs during Hurricane Harvey
The hearing will help determine the compensation property owners are entitled to from the Army Corps of Engineers due to their land unlawfully being used to store stormwater during Hurricane Harvey.
