"Healthy" menu? False advertisement!

Why is it that these schools market their lunch menus using the word Nutrition when their menu features unhealthy entries? All these schools sound the same. "Texas knows that there is a link between nutrition and education. We believe that healthy children are the foundation of a healthy …bla bla bla". Pizza, nacho, sugar cookies, BBQ chicken, friend cheick tenders and fruit cocktail… How is it legal to label these menus "Nutritious" food for kids? Getting full off Pizza Hut on my lunch break is not motivation to go back to work…so why would it be for a child?
