Health insurances

Hi all, my wife and I have two kids, recently both got jobs in Houston. We have the option of choosing BCBS under UT versus I believe Cigna through Houston Methodist. Anyone have experiences with these insurances? I am expecting to have to utilize pharmacy a significant amount for the kiddos. Any advice appreciated!
