Health insurance phone scam?

Hey guys, I’m just a 20yo girl and have been bombarded with constant calls this week from a supposed health US place that keeps asking if I’m insured and get really aggressive if I tell them that I’m not interested and they ask “are you insured?” Constantly, is this a scam? I’ve never gotten any scam calls before so I’m clueless ! Please help
