HCC-UT Tyler Engineering Program

Hello, I want to get my degree in Civil Engineering, and was wondering about this program. Is it a good choice? How is the hours? And what price range am I looking at? I also wanted to know if it’s a do-able degree hunt, I’m 30 yrs old. I work a 9-5 job. And sometimes I’m not sure of what my clock out time would be. I work in the repair service industry and my day is not done until I finish my last call. Most of the time I can manage to get home by 5. Is there online or late hour classes? And how often would I be showing up at campus.
