HCAD iSettlement Delay

Has anyone else still not received their isettle offer for their home’s 2021 appraisal? I submitted mine back in March and it still has not been completed. I know they are backed up because of Covid but what happens if they don’t get to the iSettle before next years appraisal comes out?
