HCAD Candidates for Fair Property Taxes

I want to vote today. I cannot find much about these candidates. I just want to vote for the 3 HCAD At Larges who do not want to raise property taxes. So far I am thinking:

Place 1: Ankar

Place 2: German

Place 3: ??
