HCAD Appraisal Protest

Hello everyone,

I have finally received my HCAD appraisal value. For background I bought this property October 2023 at 270k and HCAD appraised it for 290k. I have the deed and proof of purchase for 270k, planning to use that when I protest next week. Has anyone ended up protesting this year and what has their experience been? Thanks.
