Have you lived at Taylor Heights, Boone Manor, The Susanne, or Fairmont Museum District?

If so, or if you've spent time at one of those complexes, how did you like it? I'm trying to avoid Greystar and none of them are managed by that company. Doesn't mean they don't have their own problems though.
