Have I uncovered a not so secret prostitution system on Facebook marketplace? Or at least a scam of one?

So I've long since disabled facebooks ability to track my external data for ads. As a result, it has no idea what to show me. For awhile I was getting a fuckton of ads in Spanish for dick pills with pictures of comedically proportioned photoshops of women in leggings and bikinis and what not. Since facebooks "hide this > I'm not interested" was completely ineffective, I started reporting them and blocking the sellers since they were mass spamming these things.

Well now the latest is "hot stones" or "scentless candles (real text in Spanish)." They're all a single selfie of a woman and then a stock photo of hot stones. All have $100 for the price. They're starting to feel like ads honestly. Like a massage parlor kinda deal. Some of the photos even have a box with a name pointing at the girl. It's really bizarre and it's a constant game of whackamole to block new ones.

Tempting to just let Facebook have all my data so it'll stop pushing dick pills and prostitution scams on me. I've tried googling to see if anyone else has come across these but nothing's come up.
