Have all the mild symptoms. (Serious)

Do I stay home? Dry coughing, shortness of breath, fatigue. Age 29, been going on for 5ish days now. About the same everyday.

But I'm fairly certain I got this from a friend who was sick 1-2 weeks ago before any confirmed cases here.

And my entire office has been coughing before any confirmed cases here too.

And my friend got it from his parents 3 weeks ago.
