Have all Houston area Mexican restaurants gone to hot salsa?

Maybe it’s not authentic but I prefer cold salsa. I remember sometimes they’d pour it out of a Tupperware pitcher. It was refreshing and delicious.

Somewhere around the way, it seems like everyone switched to hot salsa.
