Has traffic has returned to pre-covid levels for anyone else?

Driving from Sugarland to Galleria area was an hour drive back in 2019. From 2020 to 2022 it dropped to a 30 min drive and slowly crept back up to an hour again this month. Is everyone being forced to go back to the office?
