Has the METRO gotten worse over the last few years?

I took the metro back in 2023 occasionally and it was pretty punctual, I never recall the bus arriving more than a minute or two off schedule. I started taking it again recently and it like almost every bus is 5-20 minutes late, did whitmire really mess with it that much? Has it gotten worse for y’all?
