Has El Tiempo changed?

I know this is going to be a polarizing discussion, but my wife and I have always viewed El Tiempo as the classic spot for fajitas, and despite the higher prices they are always consistent with service and taste—but recently it seems like it has gotten worse and they may have even changed the recipes for the rice and beans. Maybe it’s only the Richmond location that we frequent but after this last go around we may need to make the trek to Ninfa’s instead for our fix
