Has anyone seen the top of the parking garage at Regal Edwards Greenway recently?

I recently went to see a movie at Regal Edwards downtown, and afterwards, me and my friends like to go to the top of the parking garage and just hangout.

But just last night, as we got to the top level, we saw rows and rows of unlicensed Mercedes cars covering every parking space at the top of the garage.

Does anyone know if there's like a Mercedes dealership running on the top? Or did we stumble into something we shouldn't have…
