Has anyone seen a movie on “ScreenX”

I was looking up movie times for top gun and saw ScreenX as an option at Marquee on Katy freeway.

I never heard of it before. Apparently it’s 3 screens. The movie in the center and additional footage projected on to the walls. It sounds like a gimmick but has anyone seen a movie on ScreenX and enjoyed it?
