Has anyone seen a big, lit up truck blasting banda music?

I'm not annoyed by it, I was just surprised because I've never heard anything like that going on at 11:30pm. I just heard really loud banda music (the music from Mexico with all the brass instruments) from the side of my house. I went to the window to see, but a tree was in the way. There was what looked like lights, but it was so long it had to have been a parade float or a limo or something. I'm sure I could find out on Nextdoor, but I deleted it because my neighbors are crazy lol

I'm just so curious as to what that was and if it was for a special occasion or if someone decided to just roll through a quiet neighborhood with club level speakers
