Has anyone received a call that says “Houston police” but the line is silent?

I received a call that was automatically labeled as “Houston police” by my phone and I immediately answered because my family is always on some bullshit, but the line was silent?

My phone is pretty good at recognizing phone numbers and filtering out spam so I’m just curious if this has happened to anyone else? I obviously looked up the phone number and got 0 results.
