Has anyone here boarded a Megabus from the Hillcroft P&R?

I've taken Megabus before but it has been years. The last time I did was when they had their stop in Downtown Houston across from the Downtown Transit Center and I'm a frequent METRO rider. Are Megabuses leaving Hillcroft P&R usually on time?
