has anyone ever went to a concert at White Oak Music Hall?

im interested in a concert and have never been there before (it’s actually my first concert ever!) Some tickets say “general admission” while other have specific seats (ex: GA 16, Row GA 2)

Does anyone know the difference of these two? The concert will be held at the lawn if that helps.
