Has anyone drove for MetroLift? If so what was your experience?

I was looking at jobs the other day and a post for MetroLift drivers caught my eye. The pay is $19 an hour with benefits and a 2k sign on bonus. Now before I apply for a job I like to look at reviews from current/previous workers to get a feel of what I'm signing up for. I couldn't help but notice there were a lot of negative reviews about being a MetroLift driver that's somewhat deterring me but it could just be that particular company/location where things are not that great. The company that's hiring for drivers is First Transit located off of telephone rd. If anyone has experience working with them or driving for MetroLift in general please do share.
