Has anyone bought from Vecino home or NJA Builder?

In the market for a new construction at the moment and narrowed it down to two houses. 1 is built by Vecino whose design is pretty damn nice, the owner seems very passionate about his products but I’m not finding too many reviews online since they are a boutique builder. The other one is by NJA Builders and it’s one of the few houses I walked where I noticed the quality being much better than other builders, almost right away. I’m no expert but there was a stark difference in the “feel” of things, it felt more solid and materials felt better?

I think both are small/boutique builders so I worry about how it’ll go when I have issues and I need warranty to step in. I currently live in a KHOV new construction and their warranty team have been pretty decent and responsive, but they are a bigger company with proper departments.
