Has anyone asked State Rep Ann Johnson for assistance with disabiity claims?

Note: I'm well aware of r/SSDI but this is a local question.

I won't bore you with my long story, but due to severse vision loss, I had filed a disability claim with SSDI in July 2022, and it has been pending ever since. I did hire a diability firm but I'm starting to have doubts aobut it, and someone suggested that I go ask my state representative's office (which would be Anny Johnson in my case) to see if they has a constituent assistance program for dealing with federal agencies. Do any of you know if she does have one, and if so, how do I contact them? Thanks!
