Has anybody used Cosgray Farms Grass-Fed Beef before?

Title. Seems interesting. Pricy for sure but 45 lbs of locally raised dry-aged beef sounds interesting ($815 total). I'm ignorant on the issues of antibiotics and hormones in beef though. They claim they do not give their cows antibiotics or hormones. Not sure what risks come with that.
