Harris, Montgomery counties finalize millions in CARES Act aid
As the new year nears, Harris and Montgomery counties have earmarked or spent remaining funds from the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act, with millions slated for use by school districts and other governmental entities.
