Harris County lifts mandatory evacuation order for east fork of San Jacinto River on May 6
Effective 10 a.m. on May 6, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo has lifted the mandatory evacuation order issued May 2 for the east fork of the San Jacinto River.
