Harris County Inmate Mail

Does anyone have any recent or current experience with mailing letters/photos/items to inmates in Harris county? Their website list the do’s and dont’s but if y’all have any feedback I would appreciate it. I’m specifically wondering if we can send colored drawings, paintings?
