Harris County FWS

Has anyone else noticed that every time we have an event where this data (such as stream elevation) would be relevant, the data stops collecting. I know the weather can effect telemetry, but it shouldn't be this consistent. It basically renders the system useless unless you are a historian. Thought? Theories?
