Harris County “color wheel”

Does anyone know what level Harris County is now on their “color wheel”? We’ve been on red, but I can’t find anything about where we are right now. One of my nearby school districts has announced that all staff returns on 9/8 and students back 9/15 for a mix of on campus and virtual, but they didn’t present any supporting data that the risk factors had significantly improved. Staff are concerned that their own risks have been left out of the equation. Input? Information
